\nCheck-out: we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am. We will be happy to keep the luggage until your departure.<\/p>\n

You are welcome to bring your pet on holiday<\/strong> with you. Depending on the size, a daily rate of 3,00 to 5,00 Euro is charged. Out of consideration for the other guests, it is not allowed into the dining area.<\/p>\n

1,55 \u20ac local tax<\/strong> per person per day (children and young people under the age of 14 are exempted from the tax) Revenue from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructures and services as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The price per person and per night iscollected by the accommodation facilities. The amount of this municipal levy depends on the category of operation. The price is payable on departure and is stated separately in the invoice.<\/p>\n

The prices are per night and person in a double room with a balcony and a minimum stay of 3 nights.<\/p>\n

For a short stay of 1 to 3 nights, we charge a supplement of \u20ac 5.- to 8.- (depending on the season and availability). During the high season, short stays are accepted only in the case of availability.<\/p>\n

The tourist tax is based on the valid municipal regulations during the period of your stay (January 2023: \u20ac 1.55 per person older than 13 and night).<\/p>\n

    Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/p>\n

    On the day of arrival, your room will be ready at 2 p.m. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage with us and explore the town in the meantime.<\/p>\n

    On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:30 a.m. If the room is available, a late check-out is possible (surcharge).<\/p>\n

    Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    It is unpleasant for all of us, but it happens. Please consider, that the room cannot be booked by other guests.<\/p>\n

    Up to 4 weeks before your date of arrival, you can cancel your booking without any cancellation cost.<\/p>\n

    Up to 2 weeks before your date of arrival, we charge 30% of the agreed total price.<\/p>\n

    Up to 1 week before your date of arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed total price.<\/p>\n

    In the case of early departure, 80% of the price for the remaining days will be charged.<\/p>\n
